What to do when the job becomes mundane.

There always comes a point in our lives where we ask ourselves if this is really our field, our patch of green grass. Because in that time and moment of asking we see ourselves in a desolate land and the only inhabitant is you. At work, at your job we have our co-workers, our colleagues and the people above us; our bosses, unit managers and such. And after 7 years of working in the same company you seem tired and bored because you do the same old thing, job, task at work. You get annoyed by your officemates, the newbies, everyone in the office. Seeing them happy makes you wonder why they still stay in the company. And even when there are times you don't get along with them well, you find you're only a one man army while there are dozens of them.
